Samuel Evans
As a real estate professional, I have been involved with real estate in some way most of my life. With a background in flipping homes, I have also been involved in the development of several subdivisions. While in college I focused on authoring 3 books and getting a degree in Physical Science from Utah Valley University. During this same time I over saw the maintenance team for 300+ apartments and worked hand in hand with property management to insure 60+ apartments were renovated each summer. After college I obtained a mortgage broker license which I have had since 2020. I enjoy gardening and still write books in my spare time. During the summer I love being outside as Utah provides so many opportunities to be in the outdoors hiking and camping.
