Hi, I am Claudia, as a native of Rio de Janeiro, I speak Portuguese. I moved to San Diego back in 1988, have lived in a few different parts of the country and was living in Florida with my husband Ron and we discovered Kanab in 2019. We fell in love with it immediately, and a few months later, we moved here. Let me tell you, it happens a lot around here!
I am casual & outgoing which blends well with our laid back community. In this beautiful part of the country being with nature is one of the main reasons why most of us put roots here. Other than being in real estate, I also have an art studio at home, and I serve on the Kanab Arts Board.
Although very casual in a personal atmosphere, I am also very focused when it comes to representing you in a real estate transaction. I believe that my combined 8 years of experience in 3 different states is a plus for you.
