I have my Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).Having business and marketing successful experience, to assist clients in a smooth and successful transaction. Being a full time Realtor provides my clients with timely availabilty. Having been in the top 10% of all Realtors in the USA, enables me to share my success with my clients. Having my husband as my personal assistant provides my clients with his successful business and real estate knowledge as an additional bonus, two for one!I love living here in the sunny Southern Utah area! I am an avid gardener with dozens of rose bushes, many varieties ofwild flowers, scatter the seeds and it grows. . Our back yard is a wild bird haven. We watch the quail walk through ouryard every day starting in the early spring until late fall. Our yard has a thousand gallon, in ground fish pond with water lilies that provides water, the wild flowers going to seed provides food, its so beautiful and peaceful.
