Eric began his real estate career by helping businesses sell and lease industrial buildings in Orange County, California. He then worked in mortgage origination for 15 years. He had a mortgage NMLS license with 14 states & originated refinances & purchase mortgages. He worked at a foreclosure processing company for three (3) years, before he purchased a foreclosed house at the courthouse auction. He cleaned & fixed that foreclosed house, then he flipped that house for a profit.
