Hello!
My name is Sydney, and I’m a Realtor with ERA Woody Hogg & Associates.
While some people may fear that Realtors solely view them as a transaction, I truly see my clients as friends—it’s a privilege to get to know them, understand their journey, and be a part of such an important chapter in their lives. That being said, here's a bit about my story before we dive into yours!
I’m a Dinwiddie County native, and while attending school I was active in many clubs and organizations, specifically 4-H. Through the 4-H programs my passion for horses and public speaking deepened, which inspired me to pursue a pre-veterinary track at Virginia Tech. However, over time, I shifted my focus to communications, keeping horses as a cherished hobby. Along the way, a mentor in my animal science classes encouraged me to explore real estate, leading me to enroll in an online program. Two years later, I graduated from Virginia Tech in the fall of 2024, with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Equine Science, while also completing my real estate education through Moseley Flint Schools of Real Estate. Aside from school and work, I am an avid equestrian and horse mom to my childhood dressage horse, Fritz! I love the beach, reading, a good podcast, country music, and all things pink! Most importantly, I cherish spending time with the people I love!

My college experience taught me that change is often unexpected, but it’s also inevitable—and I’m here to help you embrace it, whether you're buying your first home, selling your current one, or transitioning to something new.
