Bennie Miller
Bennie is an Associate Real Estate broker with over 28 years of residential, commercial, and international real estate sales experience. He served as President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers for the Hampton Roads Chapter from 2005 until 2015.
Prior to beginning his career as a Realtor, Bennie served in the United Army for 22 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University. Bennie has been certified as a Housing Counselor, as well as a certified First Time Home Buyer Trainer with the Virginia Housing Development Authority.
As a counselor, Bennie works with many home buyers and sellers to assist them with their real estate needs. He conducts pre-foreclosure counseling sessions with clients who are in need of specialized assistance. As a loss mitigator, he has developed procedures and processes on how to counsel sellers in a pre-foreclosure status, and how to negotiate workout plans and/or short sales agreements with homeowner’s mortgage companies. Bennie has worked across the country to help homeowner’s save their homes from foreclosure.

He believes that expertise, knowledge, and guidance, offered to numerous clients across the country, are the vital skills that are needed to succeed in the real estate industry today.
