Who I am and what I do
I'm Erik Meldahl, a full-time residential real estate agent with RSVP Brokers ERA, serving buyers and sellers throughout Snohomish County, from Everett and Lynnwood to Monroe, Sultan, and Gold Bar, and into nearby King, Skagit, Whatcom, and Island Counties. With over 12 years in real estate and more than $27 million in closed sales, I've helped dozens of local families buy or sell homes with confidence.

I work with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, VA and military families, relocation and out-of-state clients, and sellers navigating life transitions like downsizing or estate sales. I also enjoy working with equestrian and farm property owners and those exploring new construction, drawing on my experience assembling expert teams and guiding clients through the building process from lot to completion.

How do I advocate for my clients?
I treat every deal as if it were my own. When a client ran into a roadblock with a VA loan, I personally escalated the issue, reaching out all the way to Congressman Rick Larsen's office, until it was resolved and the family could successfully close on their home. That's the level of commitment I bring to every transaction.
