WHAT KIND OF REAL ESTATE DO I DO?
I’m Oana Bugariu, a residential real estate agent with RSVP Brokers ERA, and I represent both buyer and seller clients throughout Pierce, King, and Thurston County, Washington. My work is centered in Puyallup, Tacoma, Orting, Federal Way, Auburn, Maple Valley, Spanaway, and Lakewood, and I also help clients in Skagit County when the right opportunity comes up. I support buyers and sellers across a wide range of price points, from about $400K to $3M, and I tailor my approach to each client’s goals, timing, and comfort level.

I work with first-time buyers, luxury clients, relocation buyers, new construction buyers, move-up buyers, investors, VA and military families, vacation and second-home buyers, out-of-state clients, 55+ and active adult clients, and people looking to buy adult family homes. On the seller side, I help with downsizing, estate and trust sales, relocation, first-time sales, move-up sales, investor and flip properties, divorce and life-transition sales, and luxury homes. I also speak fluent Romanian, which helps me serve a broader range of clients with clarity and care.

For buyers, I help create competitive offers while carefully reviewing contingencies, disclosures, inspections, and timelines so they can move forward with confidence. For sellers, I focus on pricing, presentation, marketing, and offer evaluation to reduce risk and improve outcomes. I’ve also worked with multiple builders over the years, so I know how to look for the best discounts, concessions, rates, prices, upgrades, and deals available in new construction.

My background in hospitality management and HOA board service shaped the way I communicate, organize, and solve problems.
