I’m Oana Bugariu, a residential real estate agent with RSVP Brokers ERA, serving buyers and sellers across Pierce, King, and Thurston counties. My clients come from communities like Puyallup, Tacoma, Orting, Federal Way, Auburn, Maple Valley, Spanaway, and Lakewood. With 14 years of experience and more than 190 successful transactions, I’m known for a straightforward, warm approach that keeps clients informed, confident, and protected throughout every stage of their real estate journey.

I work with buyers and sellers across price points ranging from $400K to $3M, including first-time buyers, move-up homeowners, downsizing sellers, and investors. A large part of my niche is helping clients purchase or sell Adult Family Homes (AFH)—specialized properties that require attention to layout, safety, accessibility, and state compliance. These transactions are complex, but I enjoy navigating them, ensuring every detail aligns with regulations and buyer needs. I also speak fluent Romanian, so I often assist Romanian-speaking clients who want to communicate in the language they feel most comfortable with.
