My name is Chris Cooley. I am a Real Estate Broker with Real Living The Real Estate Group. I grew up in Vancouver, Washington where I have watched Clark County become what it is today. I served in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years. Four of those years, I was in charge of the recruiting effort for the entire state of Alaska. While recruiting, I learned and perfected my communication skills as well as trained hundreds of other people the communication skills necessary to be successful. One of the things that will separate myself from most in the real estate business is the ability to adapt to any situation and overcome it to obtain the absolute best results for you. I also answer my phone 7 days a week. If for any reason I cannot answer, I call back the second I have the chance. I believe that buyers are always looking with a certain sense of urgency when looking at a specific home. I also understand that sellers need questions answered as soon as possible. I do everything I can to ensure I am available as much as possible.
