Must Try Local Breakfast Spots in Temecula

    Oct 16, 2019

We have found the top spots for breakfast in Temecula, and we promise they won’t disappoint. Us here at ERA Donahoe Realty have listed the best hidden, family owned gems in all of Temecula. We love our community so much, we wanted to spread the word.

Toast Temecula is one of the newest breakfast spots located in the heart of Temecula. Opening their doors nearly two years ago this December, Toast has already become a local favorite. Toast is the sister restaurant to Temecula’s already popular 1909 gastro pub in Old Town Temecula, and is family owned and operated. Seriously, the staff from 1909 helped design Toast’s ultra interior, and all of the restaurants furniture was built by the owners! Foodwise, Toast serves all things breakfast, including but not limited to, burritos, skillets and salads, but they also have a wide selection of beverages and specially crafted cocktails that look like masterpieces (totally Instagramable!). Perfect for any Sunday Fun Day brunch. You won’t want to miss out on this top breakfast spot when you’re in Temecula because the food will have you falling in love!

    Le Coffee Shop

Oui, Oui! Le Coffee Shop Bistro is the top French breakfast eatery located in Old Town Temecula. Le Coffee Shop’s menu ranges from delicious quiches, pancakes, waffles and of course, french toast. The list does not stop there. Le Coffee Shop also has a great lunch selection of clubs, soups and salads, and don’t even get me started on their number one MUST HAVE, pastries! These babies are handcrafted daily and amazingly delicious! Perhaps the best part of this boutique eatery is that it is a storefront restaurant that rests on Old Town Temecula’s Fourth street, and it’s also located right next door to our Old Town Temecula Office! The people of Temecula have spoken, this French cuisine is highly popular, and remains a gem within our community. So be sure to grab an espresso and swing by to our Old Town Temecula office and say hello!

    Penfold’s Café

Penfold’s Café has been serving the Temecula community since 1986! It is the epitome of traditional American breakfast and offers quality “home cooked meals” in a cozy atmosphere. What sets Penfold’s apart from other traditional breakfast eateries is its bakery creations, and awesome customer service! Penfold’s Café is known for is their oversized cinnamon roll (literally the size of your head!), and large portioned breakfast combos. Located in Old Town Temecula, Penfold’s is genuine with its quality of customer satisfaction and has stood the test of time in Temecula!

    Vallée d'Brume

Vallée d'Brume is located right off of Margarita road in Temecula, adjacent to the Temecula Promenade mall. This gem is a French breakfast restaurant known for both their crepes and eggs benedict! They are an intimate eatery, so it provides a close knit feel, great for a breakfast for two. Vallée d'Brume also has a delicious selection of macaroons and desserts, and don’t get me started on their adorable plate decoré and interior. But don’t take my word for it, look them up on yelp and let their pictures speak for themselves! If you are a person who is into great tasting French breakfast that is aesthetically pleasing (for the 'Gram), stop by this little hole in the wall restaurant, I promise it won’t disappoint!

    Mo’s Egg House

Mo’s Egg House has been proudly serving the Temecula community since 2010! They are an absolute hit, as they already have 1,900 great reviews on yelp! Mo’s Egg House is known for their large breakfast platters at a cheap price (seriously, just check out their photos). Their breakfast options consist of traditional American home-styled cooking with a contemporary flare! It is no wonder that they’ve been voted best breakfast in Temecula several times! Journey’s End

(Okay, this last one is not a family owned and operated restaurant, but totally worth the listing!) Perhaps one of the most chic breakfast spots in Temecula is Pechanga’s very own Journey’s End restaurant. What sets Journey’s End apart from other breakfast eateries is the locations beauty! Journey’s End is surrounded by the Temecula mountains and is right in the middle of Pechanga’s gorgeous golf course, adjacent to Pachanga Casino's resort and spa. Best part? The food is extremely reasonable, the menu’s pricing mirrors that of IHOP and Denny’s! The cuisine is American styled breakfast, lunch, and happy hour. The attire is casual, so no need to feel overwhelmed about being upscale for brunch. Journey’s End welcomes reservations which you can make in three simple steps on their website. Overall, Journey’s End is definitely worth the visit if you want to be surrounded by Temecula’s natural beauty, with an upscale feel!
