Absolutely hands down the best agent! Went above and beyond! Extremely knowledgeable, always responded promptly, very concerned for her clients and what is best for them! Went out of her way to help in any and every way possible! She truly cares for her clients and was never pushy, she always took her time with us and always had our backs! Mrs. Childers is the greatest. She is very knowledgeable of the housing market. She has such awesome customer service. She keeps you up to date on everything doing your process. I am evaluating my review due to the previous owners of the home respecting a wish list of repairs which is almost completed. There was miscommunication between the sellers, the realtor and the buyer which had us all in a state of confusion. Assumptions were made but never the less Josh and Mandy foster who were the previous owners has made it right. This review I am leaving here is mainly to correct the information that was assumed by the realtor, the previous owner and myself. Deondra was very responsive throughout this process but could have slowed down just a little to make sure everything I requested was completed. I am happy with my purchase now and Deondra does not deserve a one star.

Disregard my previous review. I wrote that review before I discovered completely unfinished flooring in my laundry room. The flooring was covered up by extra flooring. Which Deondra and her husband tried to repair at the best of their ability but it is still an incomplete job. The electrical was also neglected and attempted to be repaired which could not without hiring an electrician. Now I have exposed wires throughout my living room and a fan that is hanging out of the ceiling. I am very disappointed in this transaction and regret closing. I told Deondra that I did not want to close until everything I wanted was completed which during the final walkthrough appeared as it was but like usual corners were cut and now I am left with the mess. This was an awful experience buying my first home and I wholeheartedly regret closing on this property. I was told at the beginning that a broken back window was to be replaced and it still has not been replaced. I am giving a one on Deondra because I feel like I was failed as a buyer and my best interest was not considered. Be careful of J and M plumbing as a seller and Deondra as a realtor. These two do not work together well and left me closing on a house that was not finished. I do not understand how these mistakes were missed during an inspection and an appraisal but here we are.
