It’s one thing to value innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing.  But it’s entirely another to see those values in action.

This week, more than 200 of our top performing brokers and managers are gathering in Florham Park, N.J. to connect, learn and share at our 2012 President’s Circle Business Forum, essentially activating the very things that define ERA Real Estate’s distinct culture.

Over the course of two days, participants will benefit from panels of their peers, news from senior leadership and networking opportunities to connect with their colleagues across the country. At the end of the event they will go home with tangible ways to fuel their continued success, from developing a value proposition, to creating a succession plan to leveraging social media.

  • Keynote speaker Gary Vaynerchuk, author of “The Thank You Economy” and “Crush It!” will offer insights on how to take advantage of the current business environment through social media, while preparing brokers to succeed as it changes and evolves into what he’s termed “The Thank You Economy.”
  • Ryan Estis will discuss his book Driving Value In The New Economy and introduce actionable content to elevate relationships with the stakeholders who matter the most.
  • And Dave Franzetta and Moss Jackson, Ph.D., authors of “Changing Places,” will address how every company, in every stage of growth and development, needs to be engaged in the critical topic of succession planning in order to gain a competitive edge now and ensure future success.

One constant in this world is change and we’ve found that being on top of change – anticipating it and managing it – are key elements of a successful company, whatever the industry. And while change may be the subtext for the next two days of this great event, what has not changed since ERA Real Estate was founded is our unique culture that allows us to come together, learn from each other and celebrate our accomplishments – all for the purpose of our collective success.
