Just over a half-acre in Town on the North side. The corner lot between North Ave and Goddard Ave and San Luis Ave. The property is currently zoned as low density residential. It could either be split up into four parcels with the maximum four residential units under the current LDR zoning or be rezoned to MDR (5 units) or HDR (13 units).
