This community is so quaint, where you know all your neighbors, and best of all most condo complexes are huge and there's no green space. The developer here decided that green space was more precious than loading in the most buildings for profit, so what you have here is big green lawns and large trees to lie under with benches set all around, a huge heated sunny pool of course, lush flowering plants abound and BBQ space with several picnic tables to have group gatherings with family or new neighbor friends! This end unit is lined on 2 sides with windows, it just made me smile, it may be the brightest condo I've ever walked into! It's also in the back so you don't have anyone looking in, very private.
