This secluded 130-acre property features more than 3,700 feet of frontage on the North Branch of the Ford River, a pond, and a dense, mature forest. Access is provided by a well-developed trail that crosses the property, making it easy to reach various areas of the land. The river forms the western property boundary and remains undeveloped and natural along this stretch. There is reportedly good brook trout fishing in the river, with very little fishing pressure due to the lack of public access. A remnant trail follows the river but is now heavily overgrown.
