So if you are from the area you know the story on this one. Just over a year ago this home was getting ready to go on the market when a small explosion on Labor Day weekend did some damage. The insurance company decided to contract with VanDam and Kruisenga to have the place completely restored and corrected. So for the last year it has been stripped down and built back up.
