People love moving to Burgaw. It is a beautiful town with a historic courthouse square and delightful shopping and hospitality offerings. Grab a coffee at Brown Dog or a beer at Burgaw Brewing. While it retains the charm of small town, it is a short and easy drive to Wilmington, NC and the beautiful beaches of the North Carolina coast. This house sits near the end of a residential street. Put some rocking chairs on that front porch and a grill on the enormous back deck. This home is ideal for a buyer with the skill and resources to improve an older home. A lot of work will be needed.
