Here's a small hunting ranch in Northern New Mexico? The Woodall Ranch is located just south of Tierra Amarilla, New Mexico. This family owned property sits at 7600' in elevation and over the decades has proven to be successful hunting ground.  Topography of this ranch provides open grassland which gently rises to tree covered ridges. Neighboring properties are generally large tracts of 500 - 3,000+ acres. The current owners have enrolled the property in the E Plus Landowner Elk program and have historically received 1-2 elk permits per season. New owners would of course need to reapply with NMGF. Located within game unit 4 which is mostly all private land hunting only.
