August #1 and August #2 Mining claims on BLM land with each around 20 acres in size for 40 plus acres of Placer Mining, along with two 100 foot long shafts off the main shaft where hardrock was extracted years ago. Main shaft has an old rail system for ore carts so its pretty large. Very little overburden so go right to work mining for nuggets which this land was famous for. Much of the land the owner believes has never been mined, but definitely not mined with any modern day equipment so there could be some great gold to be found.
