Here is a 2-3 bedroom house overlooking the Allegheny River. There are two bedrooms on the second floor and a third bedroom/office/storage room on the first floor. Living room has bright natural light and allows views of the River and activities on the water. Open porch on the front allows you to sip your morning coffee while overlooking the valley and the river. The home is heated with a wood stove and electric baseboard (bathroom only). There used to be natural gas hooked up top the house and you could have it reconnected. There is no gas hooked up right now, so the gas dryer and gas kitchen stove do not function.
