attached option. Specifically, we could see a townhome concept here which sounds in line with
what your buyer has envisioned for the site.
It’s important to note that multi-family apartment complexes would not be in line with
this zoning. It doesn’t sound like this is the type of multi-family you would want to pursue
but wanted to emphasize that to avoid any confusion.
The buyer’s concept could also be a candidate for a PDD (planned development district)
for an attached single-family townhouse community as we recently lessened the minimum
