The upper level has a spacious covered deck, and the lower level has a large, covered living/entertaining area. The Cabin has 1 1/2 baths (both are new), a rainwater harvesting system with a filtration system and two 275-gallon IBC tanks. New Gutters and Gutter guards, a tankless gas water heater and a gas non vented wall heater. Cabin is not connected to electric line, but Bathrooms and water still operate without electric. Electric is available, but generator remains with the property. There is plenty of room to park 5th wheel or Motor Home. Very well-built log cabin. It made it through the flood with minimal damage. Cabin is set-up for Star Link mini.
