In process of replating to include a driveway/utility way to lots facing on Chuck Wagon. As houses are built city will repave road. In order to get utilities easily a strip of land is being in the replat joining lots that will give 25 feet on Dew Drop and will have a Dew Drop address. The lots have been mostly cedar cleared and have some really nice hardwoods. There is possibly a view of lake from 2nd story maybe first not sure. Right now no houses are built on Chuckwagon end of street because of cost of utility expansion down the street. Therefore we are doing drive from Dew Drop.
