Dave did an excellent job helping me with the sale of my mothers house. He was extremely professional, made this transition very easy and expedited the process perfectly!

We met David in 2009 when we were looking at a home he was the realtor selling. While he was not our realtor and we bought the home, he continued to maintain contact with is through cards and calendars. So in 2021 when we chose to mose and sell our home he was the obvious choice. David was very easy to work with and explained every step of the process, or answerez any questions we had. At no time did we feel like we did not understand what was happening. We truly felt David was working for us and not just trying to sell a home. It would be a mistake for anyone not to talk to David if considering a purchase or selling a home. Whether an expert or first time buyer David is the one you should pursue. As a final testament he listed our home and had a full price offer in 3 hours.

Dave and his team did a great job selling our home. He came out to the house and told us what he reccomended we should do prior to listing. When we were ready Dave had the house live online in less than an hour. Within 48 hours after a dozen showings and multiple offers we accepted an offer above asking price. Dave sold me my house in 2016 and always kept in touch throughout the years. We owned a vacant home that needed some TLC , other realtors looked at it and it was apparent they did not want to bother with the listing. Dave took the time to look over the home and property and advised the best course of action to take.. We had an accepted offer with in 2 weeks after we listed.
