Paul Bednar
Paul, born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA., has been a resident of Northeast Florida for over 32 years. Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, and returning to his former sales roots, he spent over 17 years as a Finance & Accounting Management professional. This diverse background, local knowledge and using the latest technology has provided Paul with a competitive edge in real estate by bringing a strategic, yet personable approach to the home buying or selling process.
He assists Home Buyers with understanding market conditions, searching for and finding the right house in the right location and at the right price, while negotiating favorable terms of sale and working hand in hand with his clients throughout the entire purchase transaction.
Paul helps Home Sellers with recommendations to prepare their house for sale, choose the right pricing strategy and implement a tailored marketing plan to find qualified Buyers which results in a quicker sale at top dollar.
In Paul's spare time, he is a volunteer Puppy Raiser/Puppy Trainer & Goodwill Ambassador with K9S For Warriors (largest non-profit Service Dog provider for veterans) , member of the Southside Business Men's Club (oldest civic organization in Jacksonville) and enjoys cooking, grilling outdoors, exercising, playing recreational sports, dining at local restaurants, supporting local events and spending time with his family....
