Shawn spent over 25 years in the restaurant and hospitality business and has worked in several major US markets as a General manager, Chef and even owned a couple of restaurants himself.
He adopted a baby in 2006 and decided that the schedule and lifestyle of the restaurant business no longer fit his family's needs. Always loving real estate, he sold his restaurant and got licensed in real estate in 2006. Starting out as a business broker and transitioned into general real estate and investing around 2014.
Shawn's business has allowed him to help families from all over find the perfect fit. Whether it was buying their first home, moving up to a larger, family-friendly home, relocating, downsizing or investing in real estate. Shawn believes the relationships he builds has been key to his 15 years in real estate....
