Leslie Shinn
From an early age, I've been fascinated by homes?how they're laid out, how spaces flow, and what they could become. I moved to Pooler in the sixth grade and vividly remember poring over the drawings of our new home, studying them endlessly. That curiosity never faded?it simply evolved into a passion.
Over the years, I've purchased multiple homes as primary residences and later converted them into rental properties, along with several foreclosure investments. One of the most rewarding aspects of real estate for me has always been transforming neglected properties into something valuable and meaningful. There's nothing quite like watching potential come to life.
By trade, I'm an engineer?and yes, a proud Georgia Tech engineer. I originally decided to take the real estate exam ?just for fun.? (Seventy-five hours of coursework… for fun.) As I moved through the material, I had a realization: if I had known then what I know now, I could have made far better decisions in my own real estate transactions. That insight became my mission?to help others avoid unnecessary stress, costly mistakes, and missed opportunities when buying or selling a home.
What began as a curiosity quickly turned into a career that fits me perfectly.
?Engineering your next real estate transaction? isn't just a tagline?it's how I approach every deal. I blend analytical thinking, market data, and hands-on experience with a practical, people-first mindset. Since 2021, my sales volume has earned me membership in the Savannah Area REALTORS® Distinguished Sales Society. Between 2020 and 2025, I've had the privilege of helping more than 60 buyers and sellers navigate successful transactions.
In 2025, I became the Broker for the Georgia agents at ERA Evergreen Real Estate. While I now spend more time mentoring and supporting newer agents, I remain actively involved with buyers and sellers. I'm proud to say that 2025 has been my strongest year yet, with over $8 million in gross sales volume.
I serve Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan Counties throughout the greater Savannah area. I currently live in The Enclave in Savannah, where I restarted the neighborhood Welcome Committee after a less-than-smooth move-in experience. (No gate code and no trash can for a month will motivate anyone.) I moved here for a true sense of community?and found it, along with a serious pickleball addiction.
I hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and am a member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS® and the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. I'm supported by a strong team and a deep local network to guide you through every step of your transaction. You can also find more than 18 reviews on my Google Business profile, where past clients share their experiences working with me.
