Phyllis J. Milazzo is a native of Western New York. She began her career as a real estate professional in 1989 and presently holds an Associate Brokers license with Hunt Real Estate ERA.
As a skilled, trained Relocation Specialist on Hunt Relocation’s A Team, Phyllis has assisted numerous families find housing and assimilate into our unique Western New York culture. She has also helped many families who have been transferred out of the area in the process of selling their homes and transitioning to their new destination. Since she began her career she has helped employees of over 50 companies transition in and out of the Buffalo area. She is certified as a Cartus Network Affinity Specialist.
Phyllis is the recipient of numerous Top Agent awards at Hunt’s Williamsville-Clarence Office She ranks in the top 10% of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors. She was included in the Top 100 Agents in the Buffalo/Niagara region in 2015. She is most proud of having received the coveted Quality Service Award based on the praise of her clients. Her top producer status has earned her membership in Hunt’s Executive Club and the Charles S. Hunt Founders Club. Based on her sales achievements she was inducted into ERA’s national Leaders Circle, Winners Circle and has received several ERA Beyond Excellence and Circle of Achievement Awards.
Phyllis attributes her success to understanding the needs of her clients by frequent communication and diligent dedication of her time and effort to achieve mutual goals.
In a continuing effort to her skills, Phyllis has completed courses in New Construction, Buyer Agency, Appraisal, Interior Design and Marketing and Selling of Luxury Homes. She is a graduate of Hunt’s “Success Corps” and “Active Duty” programs designed to assist real estate professionals reach their full potential. She earned a reMBA from the Western New York School of Real Estate. She holds a Cultural Concierge certification from the Niagara University Hospitality Training and Research Center.
At Hunt Real Estate she has been elected to nine terms as an Agent Advisor. She is a 3-time team leader of the United Way campaign at her office. A history of community involvement includes memberships in the Chamber of Commerce, Clarence Business and Professional Womens Club, Womens Board of Millard Fillmore Hospital, Literacy Volunteers and the Albright Knox Art Gallery. An accomplished artist, Phyllis has studied under well-known artist George Palmer and exhibited her works with the Williamsville Art Society. When time permits she enjoys travel, golf and continuing her studies to improve her art skills.
