Lisa Loesel
Guiding You Home with Heart. I'm Lisa Loesel, a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) with ERA Wilder Realty, helping 55+ adults and relocating retirees find homes that support the lifestyle they're stepping into. After relocating from Michigan, I fell in love with the Charleston and Summerville area?a personal experience that helps me guide others through lifestyle-driven moves with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
One of my focuses is helping buyers explore 55+ communities near Charleston and Summerville, SC, including Horizons at Carnes Crossroads, Horizons at Summers Corner, Del Webb Point Hope, Del Webb Nexton, and Four Seasons at Lakes of Cane Bay. Whether you're downsizing, planning for long-term comfort, or beginning a new chapter closer to family, I offer a calm, senior-friendly approach that makes each step feel supported and understandable.
With more than 15 years of experience and specialized training in senior real estate and aging-in-place planning, I help clients feel encouraged, confident, understood, supported, and inspired about what comes next. My heart-centered guidance, community involvement, and deep knowledge of Charleston's 55+ Active Adult Living communities allow me to match each client with a home?and a lifestyle?that truly fits.
Your next chapter should feel like home, and I'm here to guide you there with heart....
