Lauren is a second-generation Realtor and a native Austinite who has witnessed firsthand how
this incredible city has grown and evolved over the years. She was inspired early on by her
mother, Raquel, who at the time was not only a top producer in new home sales but also
created communities where everyone felt cared for and connected, sparking Lauren’s own early
love for real estate. As a young adult, Lauren worked with DR Horton as an on-site assistant,
helping buyers find their dream home by truly listening to their wants and needs. After
graduating from Texas A&M University, life led her to Chicago, where she met her husband and
spent six (very cold!) years helping shape one of the fastest-growing technology startups in the
Midwest as the Culture and Operations Manager.
In 2021, Lauren returned to Austin with her growing family and now has two young children,
ages 2 and 4. During her own home-buying journey, she rediscovered Austin’s vibrant and
expanding neighborhoods and rejoined the community that has always meant so much to her. In
her free time she enjoys Austin’s endless outdoor activities, exploring with her family and
staying involved in her kids' school and local church.
Today, Lauren is committed to pursuing her passion in real estate with the A to Z Team. Along
with Raquel Atwell and Kent Zarbock, the team brings over 60 years of combined experience
and is dedicated to helping clients find homes that meet their evolving needs—whether they’re
first-time buyers, growing families, or investors of any experience. As a member of the ERA
network, Lauren has the ability to provide aggressive marketing and technology strategies
keeping the process as simple as possible for all parties. With a deep love for people,
community, and this beautiful city, Lauren brings dedication and a family-centered approach to
