I began my career in Real Estate in 1984 with a local real estate appraisal firm. It was there that I developed a passion for real estate and I learned so much about how to accurately price a home and all about what drives the value in a home. After working 4 years at the appraisal firm I decided to joined the residential sales division of American Real Estate in 1988, and worked as a sales associate for 2 years. When a home is priced right and positioned right in the market place it will sell at the highest value in the shortest amount of time. I pride myself in giving the best service possible to my customers and clients. I also represent prospective buyers to find them the perfect home. I am a graduate of Lamar University with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Real Estate. I hold a Broker’s License and the Certified Relocation Professional designation awarded by the Employees Relocation Council. I have earned numerous awards for Superior service such as: ERA’s Leaders Circle Award in 2013-2016, American Real Estate All Star Production Award 2014-2016 and American Real Estates REO Superior Achievement Award 2014-2016.
