Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make, and choosing the right REALTOR® can make all the difference. That's why my goal is simple—to provide expert guidance, honest advice, and exceptional service from our first conversation through closing day.
Since beginning my real estate career in 2001, I have helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate every type of market while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I proudly serve Princeton, Bluefield, Mercer County, McDowell County, Summers County, Monroe County, and surrounding communities throughout Southern West Virginia and Southwest Virginia. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, relocating, upgrading, downsizing, investing, or searching for a luxury home, I have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals.
As a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and a dedicated real estate professional with ERA Advantage Realty, I believe every client deserves personal attention, strong negotiation, responsive communication, and a REALTOR® who truly puts their interests first. My commitment to excellence has earned me multiple Sales Achievement Awards and, more importantly, the trust of the clients and families who continue to recommend me to their friends and loved ones.
When I'm not helping clients, I'm proud to call Princeton home with my husband, Rhandy Barnett, a former Mercer County educator and coach. Having grown up in Gary, West Virginia, I understand the unique communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Southern West Virginia such a wonderful place to live.
If you're thinking about buying or selling a home, I'd love the opportunity to earn your trust and help you achieve your real estate goals. Contact me today for a no-obligation consultation and discover the difference that local expertise, proven experience, and personalized service can make....
