Alicia
Alicia was born and raised in colorful Colorado in a small ranching community. Her family moved to Sheridan 24 years ago, and she easily fell in love with Sheridan and the surrounding area. Everyday Alicia feels fortunate to enjoy the majestic mountains and prairies others travel thousands of miles to experience. Sheridan is definitely the perfect place to call HOME.Self employed for most of her life, Alicia has always felt the most comfortable and confident in the service industry. David has lived, worked, and been involved in our community since arriving here to attend Sheridan College in 2006. I instantly fell in love with the community and its proximity to the beautiful Big Horn Mountains. I served in the Wyoming Army National Guard for 6 years including a deployment to Iraq from 2009 to 2010 and prior to joining ERA Carrol Realty served Sheridan County as a Deputy Sheriff for 13 years. I’m excited to continue serving the Sheridan Community as an honest, trustworthy, and hardworking real estate agent with ERA Carroll Realty.
Having spent most of my life in Wyoming my hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking, and most anything outdoors. My wife Riley and I have been blessed with two beautiful daughters that always keep us busy.

From the time Kim Hall can remember, she has always loved home. Happily raised in a small town in Eastern Arizona, Kim recalls deep traditions of faith, hard work, and love of family and friends. Fast forward to 2014, when Kim, her husband and two children, relocated to Sheridan. The genuine nature of the people, the small town familiarity and the shear beauty of the landscape all welcomed them in. It was instant. They were home.
With a professional background in Marketing, Business Development and Sales, Kim has always had a passion for Real Estate. Armed with education and personal experience in buying and successfully selling many homes, Kim founded a Home Staging business in 2008 that proved to be very successful for her and her clients. This business was the catalyst to begin her current career as a Realtor in Sheridan.
Licensed to sell residential, commercial, farm and ranch, and vacant land, Kim has greatly enjoyed many years of selling Sheridan! A client-focused, fair approach to her business has awarded her with good success and even better relationships with the folks she serves.
