Bingham Realty was founded in 1976 as a land brokerage primarily focused on the sale of orange groves in Pasco County. After the great freeze of the 80’s, we evolved that model to include Commercial Sales and Development, and Property Management. We began developing and managing Retail Shopping Centers and apartment complexes, ultimately developing over 2,000,000 square feet of retail, multi-family, medical, and office properties. In the 90’s we expanded our brokerage into Residential Home Sales. Our group of highly skilled agents have several hundred years combined experience in the markets we serve, and our development and management background brings a unique set of skills to the table to better serve our clients.
