Route 70, Sinclairville, NY 14782

This 130 acres consists of recreational land, farmland, building lot and a creek located in Sinclairville NY, Chautauqua County. The land is completely level with a mixture of open land off the road with some scattered fruit trees and shrubs. Cassadaga Creek runs from north to south through the property.
