LaVon Adkins has been in the Real Estate industry as a Realtor® with ERA Martin Associates since 2003, and the knowledge and experience she has gained in that time have led her to consistently be named a top sales associate. She has a degree in Business Management, and 15 years of experience in the retail field before becoming a Realtor®. LaVon specializes in residential sales, and has extensive experience working with investors, new construction, foreclosures, and short sales. She values working with people and listening to their needs, and is always looking out for the best interests of her clients.
LaVon is a Fannie Mae Listing Agent, and works on all aspects of REO sales, recently including new construction. From helping asset managers assess and prepare a property for sale, to guiding buyers through navigating the purchase of a foreclosure, she is a tremendous resource. LaVon is an SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), and has the knowledge and experience to help determine if this is right for you.
LaVon is a native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and is very involved in our community. She enjoys spending her time volunteering, especially with the local school systems and for teacher organizations. She is especially passionate about connecting families with children with special needs with local resources in the community and schools. LaVon is a member of several related committees, and currently Chairs the Special Education Citizens Advisory Committee. At home, LaVon enjoys gardening and spending time on her farm, where she lives with her two children and two dogs. She also enjoys traveling, but is always ready to come home to Delmarva!
