After completeing my Real Estate Licensing Coursework through John Carroll University, I have been a full-time Realtor since 2006, quickly rising to the top of my market. In 2011 I had reached the Multimillion Dollar Platinum Award as the top selling agent in my area. In 2007 I was nominated for the prestigious ERA Rookie of the Year Award and have been the top selling agent companywide every year since 2007.
My designations and certifications include: ABR (Accedited Buyer's Representative), SFR ( Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), CDPE ( Certified Distressed Property Expert), ePRO and At Home With Diversity.
I specialize in Relocation, New Construction, Foreclosures, First Time Homebuyers, Short Sales and Investment Properties. In 2011 I started our Rental Property Management Division which is now the largest in the area.
I am a lifelong resident of southern Ohio and am very knowledgeable about our local market conditions.
