To capture the essence of River Park's mid-century style while creating something that was as functional as it was special. The results speak for themselves... Step through the front door and you’re greeted by a glamorous kitchen that's both stylish and functional, including David Iatesta antiqued mirrors and white Italian marble counters. To top it off, a paneled Thermador refrigerator and large pantry complete the space. Moving into the main living area, a large library wall with an ethanol fireplace and a TV niche frames the space as well as the entrances to both the bathroom and the bedroom. This area also includes a bar nook with glass shelves and walnut cabinets as well as a Murphy bed that doubles as a book shelf.
