The neighbors tell me historically the land was known to have been lived on by the Indians who used the upper perimeter to scout out! The whole mountain has gentle topography while having a creek in the lower area and an eagles view from the top homesite. Keep your horses at the lower lot and build high and dry above! Did I mention no HOA, no water bills, no deed restrictions, mobile/modular ok! Can be split once - I am not interested in splitting it.
